We are an independent family owned company with a strong ethos on client satisfaction and customer service.

Our company is owned and run by Mr Steven Threadingham MENG MCIOB and Dr Lizzie Threadingham and we have a wonderful team working alongside us.

About Steve

Steve has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and has a first-class master's degree from Liverpool University in Civil Engineering. He is also a Chartered Builder with a wealth of practical experience having won prizes and accolades for his work along the way.

Steve has a unique blend of skills. As well as his university and civil engineering background, Steve is a craftsman and likes nothing more than a bit of 'proper building'.

About Lizzie

Lizzie is the daughter of a now retired and hugely respected local builder and has grown up in the industry. This experience helps enormously when advising and liaising with our clients. Lizzie runs the office (when she’s not off being a Vet) and her mobile is always to hand if you need her!

We are passionate about running our own business properly. A different style of building company to the norm. A building company that has Steve's education and training, the correct Health and Safety procedures and that looks after its team and clients. A company that is big enough to undertake house builds and major works - but that is small enough to care, to do things to the highest standards.
